Spring
Today there was a bird outside my window. It was the first bird i’ve heard singing for about three months now. I honestly can’t wait for spring to arrive…with it’s fresh air, wet green grass, cold clear mornings and rainy afternoons. I can’t wait to feel sun on the back of my neck, wear skirts without stockings, and walk on the pavement in high, strappy shoes.
Australia, i miss you.
